A NEW DUTY FOR OWNERS OF APARTMENTS AND BUILDINGS
Since 28 April 2023, there have been new regulations concerning the obligation to have energy performance certificates of buildings.
The energy performance certificate is obligatory not only for detached houses and multi-family buildings, but also for owners of apartments in blocks of flats. Any person who wants to sell or lease an apartment will have to posses an adequate document.
